a "Montpellier folly" in the Millénaire-Grammont district, Château de Flaugergues is one of the city's green lungs. This impressive historic monument and its restaurant are well worth a visit. But it's the vineyards that have made the area so famous! The 18-hectare vineyard lies at the heart of the AOC Languedoc region. A palette of grape varieties creates a balance of flavors, enabling the production of eight high-quality cuvées. At the helm since 2006, Pierre de Colbert combines tradition and technology.
