The walls are adorned with green colors and wood panelling reminiscent of a boat's hull. In the plates, you can enjoy a cuisine that highlights typical Mediterranean flavors: back of cod with aniseed bouillabaisse sauce, local fishing knives in their natural state, salad of semi-cooked fennel, lemon, dill, shrimps, mussels, octopus, samossas from Pézenas. The desserts are mouth-watering, in particular the vanilla rum baba with mascarpone. The products are fresh, the portions are generous and the cuisine keeps all its promises!
