I made several shopping at the electro deposit of St john of védas (34). I would not go back longer! As long as it does not break down, everything is well, unfortunately in case of de panne hello problems!
Through my experience, my personal opinion is that electro- depot provides including principle of not ensuring a correct service after sales.
In February 2013, I buy a juicer with the electro deposit of St Jean de Védas. After two uses respecting the instructions, plastic is scraped by the blade (er too good fruit juice to the plastic!), I bring back the product one week after the purchase. I note that there is world with the service after sales. The 3 people outside me leave with their products, the adviser their saying that they do not note a panne! (people are too animals, they have nothing else to do just come to electro deposit to bring back a product that works well!)
Arrived my tower, the adviser refuses to take my product by specifying that the product is abyss because I made a fooled. then it explains me the product is not damage but dirty! I insist to meet a manager: meet: it is all here responsible! The adviser ends by me saying that it will check with supplier and that he will contact me Monday. Monday arrives, and no news! It takes me to insist to have an answer by telephone: that is to say saying that the supplier to be of the opinion of electro- depot! (produced misused and dirty! however they did not see the product!).
Then, I make a mail recommended to electro- depot that did not even scorn to meet. For £31, I decided not to go further, but to inform of my experience on Internet! Today I prefer to pay a little more one product and to be on having a service after sales of quality.
