In a magnificent residence, Nadège and Gérard Blet offer you a cuisine with an "identity" based on quality products from identified producers. Thus the olive oil, tapenade and olives come from the Oulibo in Bize-Minervois, the cheeses from the Combebelle goat farm in Bize-Minervois and the truffles from the Villeneuve-Minervois market... Not forgetting of course the local vintages which are highlighted. The menus vary according to the seasonal market and remain highly gastronomic. On the hotel side, eleven tastefully decorated rooms are available.
