This restaurant is a landmark in Hérault gastronomy, with its signature cuisine. The setting is a former sheepfold with carved stone walls and vaulted rooms. The cuisine is inspired by original recipes: a stroll through the undergrowth with its candied mushrooms, duck with hibiscus, mackerel fillets snacked on tchouli pepper, vegetables from the Ruffas garden in Octon or from the kitchen garden that only have to cross the road to jump onto your plate, the lord of the local cheeses: Roquefort and ewe's milk cheese.

Une profusion d'inventions culinaires incroyables, des idées que l'on était loin d'imaginer, on va de surprise en surprise.
Evidemment, chacun ayant ses goûts personnels, on trouve l'idée géniale ou.....à essayer une fois, perso, le fromage un peu fait avec une confiture d'orange amère, génial, les meringues à l'anis, à essayer.
Il n'y a pas le choix des plats, mais il y a tellement de plats différents que vous en trouverez plusieurs excellents.
Service parfait.
