ÄPONEM - L'AUBERGE DU PRESBYTÈRE
In an inn attached to a former 17th century presbytery, two virtuosos celebrate the flavours of the region.
It's a culinary Eden that opened its doors in July 2018 in the small commune of Vailhan. In this village of 160 souls, Amélie Darvas and Gaby Benicio opened APONEM ("happiness" in Pataxo language) in an inn nestled within a former 17th century presbytery. At the table, they have kept their modern spirit, their graphic style and their passion for the land and good products. In the plate as in the glasses, it is a declaration of love to the region.
