Traditional cuisine and tapas in a charming hotel-restaurant in Valras-Plage.

Taken over by Serge and Valérie Pérez on March¹, 2014, this modern and charming hotel and restaurant with its nine refurbished and restored rooms guarantees you a warm welcome. On the restaurant side, the Chalet looks more like straw huts with its fresh and very maritime decoration. On the menu, you will have the choice between two types of formulas, on the one hand a traditional cuisine with many specialities such as the parillada of fish and seafood... On the other hand, tapas formulas (land or sea dishes of your choice composed of 5 portions) to taste with friends accompanied by a fine selection of regional wines. For the daily menu, the menu is constantly changing and contains the traditional ones: starter, main course and dessert. This is the last chalet in Valras, facing the sea, a little off-centre. An address that we highly recommend!

Très bon accueil. Chambre propre. Le matelas un peu fin ne nous a pas permis de bien dormir malheureusement. Dommage.

Très mitigé mais correct pour un court séjour. Les points positifs étaient l'emplacement en bord de mer, le personnel très gentil, le bon prix et un très bon petit déjeuner continental. Machine à café fraîche, fruits variés dont figues et dattes, charcuterie et fromage, pain grillé, yaourt, etc. Cependant, si vous êtes âgé, les escaliers sont difficiles et le lit n'était pas bon. Il a également besoin d'une mise à jour.
