The restaurant, located at altitude with panoramic views over the Cauterets valley, offers traditional French cuisine concocted from local produce. Aurélien and Lou welcome you to this renovated former barn, serving homemade dishes such as Garbure, cassoulet de canard and omelette aux cèpes et au foie gras. It is rare our your days to find products with homemade recipes passed down from generation to generation. It is rare to find a restaurant also family who has existed since more than a century. I worked in a michelin-starred restaurant on the Champs Élysées and quality ingredients of Ferme Basque are appetising and delectable. More they are all natural, without conservative and same if the products are not all of the farm, however they come from the surrounding farms.
Not really, excellent cuisine! And a panoramic view of the valley. What more could you ask for!
