In a mountain setting and atmosphere, in a beautiful dining room where a 100% Pyrenean menu is prepared on the grill of the fireplace. La Brèche de Roland is also a three-star hotel and of course a breach in the mountain, at an altitude of 2,807 m, a well-known landmark for hikers. A sword stroke tells the legend.
