Planchas, grills and quality cuisine in a restaurant in Tarbes.
At L'Aile et la Cuisse, Caroline and François offer a quality cuisine where planchas and grills are the common thread. On the menu, beautiful regional specialties such as foie gras with vegetable charcoal and charcuterie. Here, the cassoulet is prepared with Tarbais beans and the rib of beef is reserved for strong appetites. L'Aile et la Cuisse does not forget a nice fish menu: the scampis of gambas a la plancha are excellent. And from now on, the pastry making is entrusted to Ophélie and we quickly understand why!

Restaurant de référence sur Tarbes pour ma part.
Bons produits
Bonne cuisine alliant l'authenticité et la créativité. Les desserts sont faits maison et sont pour la plupart extras.
Une petite note corse pour épicer le tout.
Patron sympa
Prix très correct surtout le midi.

Bon restaurant, bon rapport qualité, quantité prix.

Bien, rapide et efficace. Par contre le midi la semaine, l'endroit est victime de son succès, donc c'est un peu l'usine.
