Specializing in "organic" sourdough bread, the Fagoa bakery offers some thirty different breads, "organic" viennoiseries, pastries with a real "pâtissier", and savoury tarts; all to take away or enjoy on the terrace. Joël and his team, including apprentice "marmitons", smell like the warm bread of yesteryear. Cereal, nut, fig, rye or wholemeal breads, with a gluten-free range. It's an inter-generational savoir-faire, and you can't resist the variety of light, artisanal viennoiseries.
