This attractive ice-cream parlour is full of artisanal ice creams and singular creations: around 40 flavours - with seasonal fruit - and recipes developed without too much sugar or artificial flavouring; surprising flavours and compositions that delight young and old alike. Arnaud, who trained at the Paul Bocuse Institute, and Suzana also create tasty ice cream bars that make you forget about industrial ice cream. And waffles, delicious old-fashioned hot chocolate, out-of-season crêpes and other delights - all made with the finest ingredients. A great address.
