LE BROCELIANDE
Great atmosphere for this wine bar-restaurant that loves fine products.
Just a stone's throw from Saint-Clément church, in a quiet street in the town center, not far from the Erdre river, Loïc and Véronique welcome us to their rustic, retro decor with its two rooms, two terraces, wooden tables, slate walls and exposed stonework. Formulas change daily, and the cuisine is entirely homemade. With a predominance of organic produce and a majority of vegetarian dishes on the à la carte menu. At lunchtime, there's a good choice of vegetarian and meat dishes. Beet hummus, mussels à l'escabèche, potato espuma, pollack and turnip tatin, butcher's cut, poultry supreme and eggplant caviar, cod confit... A fine selection of natural wines and craft beers accompany tapas for sharing. In the evening, of course, there are the gourmet cheese and charcuterie boards. Exhibitions, DJ sets and concerts are organized on certain evenings. Reservations can be made for groups (over 12 people) to enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
