LES BRASSÉS - ARTISAN BRASSEUR
Restaurant for beer lovers with a neo-industrial bistro atmosphere in Nantes.
The place is atypical. At the foot of the modern buildings of the Euronantes district, south of the train station, Gildas Bretagne (creator of Plan B, rue Fouré) and Gabriel Charrin had the right idea to set up an establishment comprising both a restaurant of 120 covered and a small brewery. The location quickly seduced the neighborhood's employees like beer lovers. The restaurant is a modern, neo-industrial and modern bistro with an affordable and affordable menu. The chef is a fish specialist but is assisted by a meat enthusiast, proposed in a unique brine oven in the region. No wonder that on the map, a bluefin tuna steak or a mackerel tempura cohabit with a farmer's pig or a toast. Once you have made your choice, you can accompany your dish with a half of the artisanal beer brewed right next door. That is the originality of the place. From the room (right side) you can see the vats of the brewery whose yellow pipes snap up to the bar to feed blonde, white, or redberry tigers. A beer that is also tasted during the happy hours and musical evenings but also at home, since it can buy it on site. And if you are wise, you may have the right to visit the brewery. Note the brunches that take place every second Sunday of the month (on reservation).
