LES BRASSÉS - ARTISAN BRASSEUR
The place is atypical. At the foot of the modern buildings of the Euronantes district, south of the train station, Gildas Bretagne and Gabriel Charrin had the right idea to set up an establishment that combines both a restaurant of 120 covered and a small brewery. The place quickly seduced the workers in the neighborhood like beer lovers. The restaurant is a modern, neo-industrial and modern bistro with an affordable and affordable menu. The chef is a fish specialist but is assisted by a meat enthusiast, proposed in a unique brine oven in the region. No wonder, therefore, on the map, a bluefin tuna steak to the 2 sams, mid-baked or a mackerel tempura cohabit with a farming pig coast of Vendée or a 5 A grid in the Josper. Once you have made your choice, you can accompany your dish with a half of the artisanal beer brewed right next door. That is the originality of the place. From the room (right side) you can see the vats of the brewery whose large yellow pipes snolling up to the bar to directly feed the tigers with the choice: blonde, white or red. A beer that saves itself also during the happy hours and the musical evenings organized by these funny restaurateurs - brewers, but also at home, since it can buy it on site. And if you are wise, you may have the right to visit the brewery.
