You'll find this butcher's shop right in the heart of Talensac. We offer Label Rouge Parthenaise beef, Blason Prestige farm-raised veal from the Limousin, farm-raised lamb, farm-raised pork from the Vendée and Label Rouge poultry. Nicolas Carré brilliantly manages the store set up by his parents in 2001. The region's Label Rouge Parthenaise cows are renowned for their exceptional flavor.
