The Curé nantais is an institution in the region! This cheese is an unavoidable speciality and is also used by restaurant owners. To find out all about its production and history, visit the production workshop, where you can see the transformation of the milk, the museum retracing one hundred years of cheese history, and at the end, a tasting. In the shop, where the Curé nantais is prominently featured among a selection of some sixty cheeses from all over France, Bordier butters, regional products and a very fine cellar (about 600 wines, 150 whiskies, 50 rums).
