Le Curé nantais is a veritable institution in the region. The Maison Bordier boutique features a selection of some sixty cheeses from all over France, as well as Bordier butters, regional products and a fine cellar (around 600 wines, 150 whiskies, 50 rums). Other creations include Petit Fumé and Curé nantais samossa, available in 3 recipes. The Cheese Factory also opens its doors to visitors for a tour of the production workshop, where the milk is processed, and a museum retracing 100 years of cheese history, with a tasting session to finish.
