SCARAMOUCHE PIZZA SAINTE LUCE SUR LOIRE
Taste wood-fired pizzas, on the spot or to take away, on the road to Paris towards Thouaré-sur-Loire.
Scaramouche is a well known theatrical character of the Dell 'arte commedia whose name means "small batter". This neapolitan character embodies the role of a fanfare and gourmand, an agile and intriguing servant in the beautiful spirit… In Saint Luce-sur-Loire, what is "beaten" is pizza dough, because Scaramouche is also the name of a new pizzeria on the road of Paris towards Thouaré-sur-Loire. The inhabitants of the south Loire already know the sign that was created by a certain Alain (himself pizzaiolo) and who saw growing his company… Scaramouche is now a second human-sized outlet, located "North Loire" and held by Yohann and his new team (Dom and Tiphany). Pizzas are to be enjoyed on site or to take away. Of three possible dimensions, they regenerate 1 to 5 people according to size. No less than 30 proposals (with a tomato base) and 6 others (with a cream base) are à la carte! The classics of the house are found with the Scaramouche (onions, fungi, fungi, chorizo, fresh goat), but also the Napolitaine, Tuscany, Mediterranean, Vegetarian, or Adriatic, Chicken or Pizza Chausson appreciated by the children… Add a few cooked dishes such as homemade lasagna (3 Recipes), but also day formulas such as Salade salad (Salad salad with Vendée ham, goat cheese, candied tomatoes). There are also bruschetta formulas or scams. Yohann baked the pizzas before us and we can have fun "ring" the welcome bell if the guys are busy making the dough that is made on site in the bottom workshop. The web site makes it possible to make your choice, only call to order and pick them up on site. Finally, a panna coyour house, a tiramisu, a coco-eating white will close the appetites already well-stocked.
