The Bonnet's family fishing shop, it's granny Alice and her good recipes, Gaëtan the father fisherman of the Loire accompanied by Erwan, and Matteo fishmonger-cook who transforms the tasty fish of the Loire. You can buy them fresh, live or gutted, in fillets, skewers or steaks: catfish, lamprey, eels, smelts, pike, shad, mullet. You can also find prepared dishes (lamprey à la bordelaise, catfish hash,...), jars (eel matelote with red wine, catfish à la basquaise) and rillettes of shad, catfish with crayfish bisque.
