The crémet d'Anjou was created in 1890 by a cook from Les Aubiers, Marie Reneaume. Nearly 130 years later, we still enjoy this creamy speciality made of a mixture of whipped cream and egg whites beaten until stiff. Add a fruit coulis or a simple spoonful of sugar and you will obtain a dessert of exquisite lightness! Recently, they are also available in a savory version! Marketed by the Bourrigault family, they are available in the region's cheese-cream makers as well as in grocery stores and supermarkets.

Specialite d'Angers, et sa region, le cremet d'Anjou est frais, avec son petit gout au choix grace a differents coulis, le fruit rouge est tres sympa en été, accompagné d'un verre de vin! A vos papilles
