Vincent Drubay, a young sommelier voted best sommelier in the South-West and a gold medallist among France's best sommeliers, admires and promotes the work of independent winegrowers to the full. Having worked in the kitchens of Michel Guérard and the Ibarboure brothers, he has also made a few forays abroad. Here you'll find almost 1,000 references, ranging from the great classics to rarer "pleasure" nectars, as well as unknown wines. To share his passion, he organizes sessions dedicated to learning the basics of oenology.

Opening time and information on WINE SHOP

In July and August, open every day except Sunday afternoon. Off season, open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 3.30pm to 8pm. Sunday mornings from 10am to 1:30pm. Learn the basics of wine-making and tasting. Organization of private wine and spirits evenings.
