The Moulin de Sarré, between greenery and stream, is both a mill that can be visited and a modern inn where it is good to eat fouées (small bread baked in the oven and filled with mogettes or rillettes. Here, it is of course with the flour of the mill that they are made!) In addition to the traditional fillings, you can opt for stuffing with trout or a delicious mixture of tomatoes, mushrooms, ham, onion and fennel. In autumn and spring, the inn hosts Les Intrigantes, a troupe from Angers, for dinner shows (reservations required).

Quelle bonne idée nous avons eu ! Non seulement le service était impeccable et ô combien sympathique mais en plus les pains cuits sur place dans un four ainsi que la garniture proposée étaient excellent !

Il manque juste quelques cornichons,
la truite cuite à basse température au four à bois. Extra.
La formule inclue le vin qui est aussi local et de qualité.
