The Moulin de Sarré, between greenery and stream, is both a mill that can be visited and a modern inn where it is good to eat fouées (small bread baked in the oven and filled with mogettes or rillettes. Here, it is of course with the flour of the mill that they are made!) In addition to the traditional fillings, you can opt for stuffing with trout or a delicious mixture of tomatoes, mushrooms, ham, onion and fennel. In autumn and spring, the inn hosts Les Intrigantes, a troupe from Angers, for dinner shows (reservations required).

Le menu des fouees est excellent
C était tres copieux
Et le dessert au choix excellent
Juste un reproche quand vous réservez il n est pas proposé le menu truite au téléphone car il n est mentionné nulle part qu il faut choisir son menu et pour la visite du moulin vous ne le proposez pas
