In 1994, Serge Rusted and Gilles Musset decided to bring together their two areas to lead to the birth of a vineyard of nearly 35 hectares where the famous hillsides-de-la-Loire were makes in addition to the other wines of Anjou. The field has always been used to comply with the rules of so-called sustainable viticulture, limiting treatments and planting at optimum maturity. As follows: to help newcomers see more clearly on each bottle label, the domain had the idea of dividing its production into 3 ranges: The Fruits of Youth (of young wines to consume within 2 years), the Maturity of the Passion (wines to the more assertive characters) and the Philosophy of the Bel Book (the high end, you will have understood). Among the great satisfaction of the last vintages, the Cabernet of Anjou rosé the Outline, with its fine sugar/acidity balance and its fresh grapefruit notes or even the crémant of Loire Night, and its exceptional 2015 vintage, finally awarded to the prestigious Decanter international competition in London.
