Basque cakes, shortbread, coffee tarts, cannelés, macaroons, financiers... all made with quality ingredients carefully selected to reduce sugar. Stop for a sweet or savoury break at lunchtime to sample these delicacies, accompanied by an excellent coffee roasted on site, or an exceptional tea... Open Wednesday to Sunday, 3pm/7pm (from 12pm to 6pm from May onwards for small-scale catering), coffee shop, pastry shop, roastery. Also present at markets: Espelette, Cambo, Bayonne, Ciboure, Hendaye, Saint-Palais. Terrace. On-line sales.

Les pépites d'Émilie is the story of a traditional pastry lover and a good coffee lover who knew how to unite her two passions by bringing back to life the recipes of yesteryear and the art of coffee with a manual roasting.
Located in theBasque Country, in Larressore, "Les pépites d'Emilie" is a roasting workshop of pure origin coffees and a coffee shop where you can taste freshly roasted coffees accompanied by traditional "home made" pastries, not very sweet, gluten free and vegan for some of them.
The decor with its workshop atmosphere and authentic charm is conducive to a unique tasting experience that invites you to discover, share and exchange.
*Coffees : specialty coffees grown with respect to fair trade values and roasted by hand by Pépites d'Émilie. To be tasted on the spot, sold in beans (or ground on demand)
*Pastries: made with delicately chosen raw materials, to privilege quality while reducing sugar. We offer gluten-free and/or vegan pastries to eat in or take away.
*Coffee shop: elaboration of coffee-based milk preparations, top-of-the-range 100% organic teas, local infusions, chocolate from the Basque house "Puyobebat".

Wednesday: Espelette, Friday: Cambo les Bains, Saturday: Bayonne and Sunday in Ciboure!
