Le Petit Poucet is a local institution. Hubert Fournier, the head pastry chef, has installed his creations in a recently renovated former town house, complete with chandeliers, mirrors and moldings. Contemplating the shop windows, you'll be dying to try the dozens of pastries bursting with color and flavor. Special mention must go to the macaroons, chocolates and other ice creams, which will have the whole family salivating. In short, this is the place to be if you want to say hello to Epicure face-to-face (and really treat yourself).
