Restaurant qui allie une cuisine originale basée sur des produits basques revisités et une décoration contemporaine de bon goût. Un service très informé des produits. Une cuisine fraîche, moderne, originale et néanmoins très basque. Une visite indispensable.

C'était notre deuxième fois à l'Auberge Basque, et en plus la semaine de Tous au Restaurant. Le menu spécial était parfait, et encore plus accompagné de l'accord vins approprié. Certes, ce n'est pas donné, mais c'est vraiment une belle expérience et une revisite inoubliable de la cuisine basque !
