Sweet and savoury choux on the lunch menu but not only that... we have lunch on the terrace
Loïc Derbay has been our favorite since he moved to Aix in 2014. Savory and sweet choux are the stars of the menu, along with veloutés and salads. Loïc garnishes his choux with seasonal produce, so in winter you can enjoy a choux with foie gras or smoked duck breast and walnuts, and in summer a choux with eggplant caviar. For dessert, there's a choice of some twenty choux, each more gourmet than the last. And since gluttony is a guilty pleasure, there's nothing to stop you buying one of each to enjoy at home.
