Bistrot de Provence offering hearty meals and local wines in a warm decor.
We eat well and copiously, there is also the warm decor, wooden beams, old photos on the counter, large table. In short, the bistro of yesteryear in Provence with a menu of small simmered dishes: veal blanquette, pig cheek. And also salads/meals and a very good beef tartare cut with a knife. Everything is homemade, even the sauce bases and desserts. You will fall in love with roasted apples and fiadone, a famous Corsican cake. On Mondays vegetarian dishes compose a special menu in addition to the menu. All this is accompanied by regional wines served by the glass. That lunchtime, herring potato salad, chorizo courgette quiche or tartiflette.
