Revisited cuisine by chef Pierre Reboul to be enjoyed in the magnificent setting of the Château de la Pioline.
At the heart of the Château de la Pioline is a fine Michelin-starred restaurant run by Pierre Reboul. The setting is worthy of this chef, who always delights the palate - and not only that, because, before you taste, your eyes are solicited from starter to dessert by the colors on the plate, a palette that is tonic, tangy or in halftone, depending on the season. The chef plays with ingredients, revisiting recipes and seasoning his dishes with winks and humor. His signature dish: the unmissable flamby appetizer of pan-fried foie gras with caramel, Espelette pepper and Camargue salt. In summer, you can sit on the shady terrace overlooking the park. Inside, you can choose between the sleek, designer dining room or the Grand Siècle-style reception room, draped in curtains and adorned with mirrors.
