Pierre Gagnaire is at the helm of Âma Terra, l'âme de la terre, the restaurant at the 5-star Villa Saint-Ange hotel, just a stone's throw from the Cours Mirabeau. The multi-starred chef is responsible for the Mediterranean-inspired menu, which showcases the region's finest seasonal produce. The setting is as refined and luxurious as the dishes: crystal chandeliers, a superb Second Empire glass roof in which the tables are set. In fine weather, you can sit out on the terrace, which extends into the Provencal gardens. If you're ahead of schedule, you can meet at the bar for a glass of champagne, wine or cocktail.

La cuisine un délice saveur en bouche extraordinaire, je ne regrette pas cette belle soirée pour notre anniversaire de mariage et en plus comme cadeau la venue du chef Pierre Gagnaire ????????
Plats délicats, classiques revisités.
Excellent sommelier !
