A must on the market of the Place des Prêcheurs, one often queues in front of the beautiful stall of this fishmonger who delivers to the restaurants Sauvage and Gallifet, two fine restaurants in Aix. Sea bream, sole, lean fish according to the season, red tuna in summer, fished on our Mediterranean coasts. Oysters, sea urchins, scallops, crabs, shrimps and prawns...
