since its creation in 2013, La Fabrique à Pain has become a local institution with 2 locations. The concept was the brainchild of Jeff and Thomas, who wanted to focus on the art of baking. Thomas has also set up a bakery school in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region. The secret of good bread lies in the kneading and quality of the organic flours, with no additives or improvers. The choice is wide: wholemeal and cereal breads, nut and olive loaves. No pastries, but pumps à l'huile, a Provençal specialty, and brioches for snacking.
