This French artisan-chocolate maker, the best worker in France and a member of the French Academy of Chocolate, has shops around the world. It's normal to keep shop in Aix, a greedy city! From daring, authenticity, flavor, this is what you will find when entering this charming brown and orange shop. You have the choice: ganaches are flavoured with excellent products, fruits, spices, herbs…. Examples? Café de Colombia, ginger, sichuan pepper, mint, bergamot, cinnamon, liquorice. Not forgetting the classics, Grand Marnier, praline, caramel and so many others. You can also find caramels, praline, liqueur fruits, macaroons or calissons. Your ballotins!
