BOUCHERIE HAEFFNER
Robert and Geneviève have more than 30 years of experience and their customers know it! So it is with our eyes closed that we stand in line to wait for our turn while chatting about nothing or listening to sound advice. The meats are signed Charolais, Limousin or Aubrac. Some specialities: plain, Italian sausages, Toulouse sausages, merguez, lamb with herbs, fennel, Roquefort, goat cheese, basil. Not to mention skewers, lamb beef, chicken, cherry tomatoes, pork and prunes. Roasted chickens are delicious and in general, here, cooked and sold with their liver (to eat hot on a slice of bread, a treat!). The brandade is homemade just like the ready-made dishes.
