The approach gathers 11 not 10 estates of Coteaux d'Aix. The divines of Provence. Eleven winemakers who share their love for wine and share their knowledge of the terroir, their know-how and their vision of good wine. These areas have contributed to the birth of AOC Coteaux d'Aix in Provence in 1985, and since then, they have been working hard to improve the quality of their divine beverages. These ones have also engaged in a more environment-friendly viticulture by adopting the principle of reasoned fight. Their current battle: reds and whites, but especially reds, against all odds. They believe that monopolising 81% of its total product, rosé tends to give a monochrome image of Coteaux d'Aix. And think that the flagship estates are less in line with this dominant view and continue to point out the reds, while maintaining a volume of production that is more than decent. Aix-en-Vignes brings together the following estates: Château Bas, Domaine Les Bastides, Domaine les Béates, Château de Beaupré, Château Calavon, Château Calissanne, Château Henri Bonnaud, Domaine de la Réaltière, Château Revelette, Chapelle Saint Bacchi and Château Vignelaure. The association regularly schedules activities around an estate, a wine, a circuit, an exhibition, pairings (music/wine, food/wine...).
