The front isn't very big, like the long store, but it's enough to make an epicurean showcase dedicated to wine and champagne, with 800 references. Aurélia Gauthier, aka Mademoiselle Wine, is as lively and sparkling as the champagnes she loves and loves to talk about (a point we like in common with Amélie Nothomb, the black-hatted novelist for whom "champagne is a work of art"). So if you're a lover of bubbles, Aurélia has unearthed for you over a hundred labels, confidential estates and rare bottles for this festive wine. Ports are another of Aurelia's predilections, and the selection she offers you is rather cutting-edge, with some vintage nectars and fine vintages that will make the perfect pairing with cheese and chocolate. And of course, there's plenty of choice in the carefully referenced wines, including Côtes-du-Rhône and Burgundy, with a few favorites from small winemakers whose photos and technical data Aurelia attaches to the neck of the bottle. You'll find them on sale in pretty square jars, as well as superb Ardèche sausages that perfume the store, a great idea to accompany the bottle at aperitif time!
