Don't miss this magnificent cellar on the Cours Mirabeau, in the same place as the Côté Cour restaurant, in the Arbaud-Jouques town house; go down to the right to the entresol to appreciate the coolness of this vaulted cellar, renovated to a high standard. A historic showcase for bottles from here and abroad, 500 references in wines, champagnes and spirits. Romain and Rebecca Champetier de Ribes will introduce you to little marvels, confidential labels and also rums and gins (Romain's passion). Tastings take place in the area reserved for spirits. Occasionally, winemakers come here to present their wines.
