Here, as the name of this store indicates, you will find oils, the best PDO oils of Provence (Nyons, Vallée des Baux de Provence, Aix…), some of which are organic stamp. This charming Place aux Huiles also offers mustards and vinegar, lemons, candied lemons and eggplant caviar, salt to Provence herbs and fine jams, spreading and small olive trees, soaps and aromas… Without forgetting pastis! From the sun in the basket! The Enseigne has two addresses in the old Aix.
