A fine new address for cheese lovers. Stéphane and Thomas - the young team at the helm of the cheese shop - are bon vivants, and bon vivants means good humor. But that doesn't mean they can't take their expertise seriously when it comes to selecting the cheeses displayed in their brand-new showcases. From Saint-Nectaire direct from Auvergne, to truffled Brie, creamy Chabichou from Poitou, sublime farmhouse Camembert, Grès from Provence, 18-month-aged Comté, Tomme aux Fleurs and cow's milk yoghurts made in Normandy. And where there's good cheese, there's good wine, so the 2 compères have put together a small selection of bottles from here and abroad.
