Cocktails and dishes made from fresh products in a small restaurant in Arles.
Take three globetrotters, two Canadians and an Englishman, sommelier, cocktail king and chef, add a pinch of innovative spirit and the desire to settle down, and you get Chardon, the first restaurant in Arles to offer the concept of "chefs in residence". In their small restaurant, decorated in a contemporary cosmopolitan spirit, they receive chefs for a few months, the time to concoct together a menu composed of dishes made from fresh products. It was Gaby and Joyce from Lebanon the day we came, delicious!
