Here's an institution taken over by Thomas and Justin to our great delight. Continuity, since Thomas was in charge of the kitchen and took over from Christian Garino. The DNA is the same, with local products. Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine with finesse and flavor. Their signature dishes: confit bull fillet and tail with reduced jus, served with a seasonal garnish, or the rock octopus carpaccio, a real treat! And last but not least, let yourself be enchanted by the chocolate declension - it's excellent!
