People know in Marseille the ancient Galley Arsenal of Louis XIV now transformed into a wonderful restaurant, here is another legacy of the great Sun King. In 1682, even though Louis XIV set his Court in Versailles, Charles Dalloyau noticed for his talents became official baker at the Court, and Richard his brother, was appointed chef of pantry and fruit store of Le Grand Condé, cousin of the King of France.
