Avec le très beau décor et la vue magnifique, le service jeune et dynamique, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour donner une note maximale.
S'il faut être très difficile, dans un but constructif, et uniquement dans un soucis de rechercher l'excellence, je conseillerai de proposer un pain plus élaboré ainsi que de penser à tempérer le vin rouge au verre.
