In addition to being a very charming hotel, the Provençal, located a stone's throw from the old village, is an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy a traditional cuisine using local products. Aups and Verdon oblige, one appreciates here the way in which the truffle is cooked and put in the honor. The owners are themselves truffle producers. Fresh home-made cooking.
