This charming hotel is located in the heart of the village, in the oldest building in Aups. Cindy and Alexy now run both the hotel and the restaurant, after twenty years of management by their father. A warm, family atmosphere, ideal for a few days in the region. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and all open onto the bastide's inner courtyard, where the restaurant's terrace unfolds in the shade of the trees. In the kitchen, Alexy perpetuates his father's recipes. Excellent value for money.
