Behind her candy pink façade, Nadine Quinonez offers a trip from Taiwan to the Verdon, but not only. Hot or cold, the Bubble Tea is tea, fresh fruit and syrups. Next door to the Truffle restaurant, where Nadine is manager with her husband, the Cherry's offers a home-made invention that is a hit, "the Aups Dog", a truffle chipo with candied onions and truffle mayo, accompanied by potatoes and truffle cheese sauce. On the sweet side, this former finalist of the show "Les rois du Gâteau" sells portions of cake, practical and reasonable!
