L’ESPÉRANCE
Restaurant offering a gastro cuisine of terroir
In this quiet street, set back from the port, Marie Pradines welcomes you with a smile and invites you to taste the cuisine of her husband Gilles, a chef who does not deny his Basque origins. He has built up a good reputation thanks to the quality of his local gastro cuisine, clean and tasty. The menu, renewed regularly, proposes sometimes white of saint-pierre, small vegetables returned from the market, sometimes the piece of tender veal and its purée of parsnip, duxelle of mushrooms. To finish, raspberries and mango on a half shell of macaroon. Elegant.
