Par exemple ce soir nous appelons pour commander, personne ne décroche à plusieurs reprises du coup nous nous rendons sur place pour commander directement et on nous répond sur un ton agacé : il faut téléphoner !!!!
L’accueil du client est capital dans un commerce il ne faut pas l’oublier et surtout on ne demande pas grand chose : un bonjour un sourire, la base je pense ….
